Pay Details Overview

Get Pay Statement Endpoints

The Pay Statement endpoints allow clients and partners to retrieve detailed payroll statement data for employees. This API provides access to both high-level pay statement information and detailed line-item payroll data.

Each pay statement includes key check-run data such as the check date, process ID, pay period begin and end dates, and the check type (e.g., regular or bonus). The API also returns summary totals for the statement, including employee hours, earnings, deductions, pay breakdowns, direct deposit allocations, and retirement plan wages.

In addition to summary totals, the API provides a detailed line-item breakdown for earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits. For each item, users can access both the per-check amount and the year-to-date total, making it easier to support reporting, reconciliation, and downstream payroll analysis.

These endpoints are especially valuable for retirement providers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and clients who want to store payroll statement data in a data warehouse or use it to power integrations and reporting solutions.
